Eliza Hunt

Obsidian Hunter Jumper is the home of ELIZA HUNT and her Hunter, Jumper and Equitation horse and rider program. Located at Greystone Stables in Delta, British Columbia, Eliza provides her extensive knowledge to both equine and human clients alike.

Eliza grew up on the back of a horse. A competitive hunter jumper rider with a very strong dressage background, Eliza has an innate ability to connect with horses. She has a gift with young and unschooled horses. Her intuition, patience and skill has allowed her to purchase many green horses and turn them into successful, well schooled competitive horses who have gone on to place in and win championships, equitation medals, hunter derbies, grand prixs and many top year end BCHJA placings.

The Obsidian program is based on the foundations of good horsemanship and proper equitation. All horses and riders in Eliza's training are schooled in basic dressage as well as jumping.

Eliza can be found in the summer at "A rated" hunter jumper shows with her competitive students. She coaches all levels from Short/long Stirrup Hunter to Grand Prix.
